Before School and After School Care Carbon Valley Academy
Before School Care
Carbon Valley Academy offers a before school program for parents that need to drop off their children at school before the school day starts. Beginning at 6:00 am, parents may drop off their children at school where they will receive supervision and a breakfast snack. The cost is $5 per child per day.
Before School Care is run by Kim Wagner. Mrs. Wagner was born in Ohio and grew up in SW Florida. She earned her BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. She has always wanted to go back to school to earn a teaching degree. Mrs. Wagner will start classes at Front Range Community College this next fall and hopes to become a teacher's assistant here at Carbon Valley Academy or at Carbon Valley
Academy Preschool.
Mrs. Wagner lives in Frederick with her husband, their four children, and two labradors. She is very excited to be a part of the CVA team and can't wait to spend time with the wonderful students.
After School Care
Carbon Valley Academy offers an after school program designed to help your kids complete their homework and have some fun after school. The club is run by a licensed teacher and meets every day after school from 3:15 - 6:00 pm. The cost is $5 per child per day. The fee includes a snack, help with homework, and fun activities. You can prepay at the front desk or pay as you go. Drop ins are welcome but need to pay at the front desk. Your child can stay for any length of time.
After School Homework Club is run by Briana Moreland. Mrs. Moreland was born and raised here in Colorado. She earned her BA degree in Elementary Education from Mesa State College in Grand Junction, Colorado. She has volunteered her time working with kids since high school, and after receiving her degree she spent a year substituting with Boulder Valley School District. She is excited to have joined the CVA family!
Mrs. Moreland lives in Commerce City with her husband, and their two dogs and cats. She loves camping, hiking, reading, gardening, and spending time with her loving family.
