Mrs. Kurz is excited to be a part of Carbon Valley Academy. She has eleven years experience in Hospice Social Work and was a part of a "pediatric team" that worked primarily with kids and families in Hospice. She was humbled by the kids ability to cope and thrive through difficult situations and was thrilled when the opportunity to work with kids was available at CVA.
Mrs. Kurz is a Colorado native and grew up in Erie. She attended CSU and received a Bachelors degree in Social Work. Mrs. Kurz lives with her husband, a Science Teacher, and two young daughters in her hometown of Erie.
