Our middle school program builds our elementary foundation, preparing students for high school. Envision Math sharpens math skills, TCI Science Alive sparks curiosity, and our curriculum strengthens reading and writing.
Middle school academics are also about building independence and leadership. Through projects, public speaking, and service, students gain confidence and learn to tackle challenges and contribute to their community.
At Carbon Valley Academy, academics go beyond the basics. Our students engage in rigorous, well-rounded instruction across all subjects
Science & Mathematics
Our math and science programs are designed to challenge and inspire. With the support of research-backed curriculum, students build a strong foundation through problem-solving, hands-on experimentation, and inquiry-based learning preparing them to think critically.
Language & Literacy
Students build strong reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills through a clear, knowledge-rich approach. We help them think critically and communicate clearly — skills that support learning across every subject.
Technology
Technology is integrated into learning to enhance academic excellence. Students learn to use digital tools to research, collaborate, and create with intention. Our program emphasizes digital citizenship, coding foundations, and real-world applications that prepare students for high school and beyond.
Arts & Music
The arts are a vital part of our academic experience. Students engage with visual art, music, and performance to explore ideas, develop discipline, and express themselves. Our programs enrich learning, build confidence, and foster innovation.
Spanish Education
Led by native, multilingual educators, our Spanish program helps students build confidence in real conversations and connect with Hispanic cultures. From early exposure to fluent expression, we prepare students for bilingual success in a global world.
Give your child the education they deserve.
Homework Club supports students and families academic progress by offering a structured, supervised environment where students complete homework, enjoy enrichment activities, and have fun with peers. In Carbon Valley Academy academics, character education is part of every day. Students focus on a core value each month — like fairness, courage, or responsibility — through short discussions and reflection. These moments build life skills: integrity, perseverance, leadership, and empathy. It’s quick, powerful, and prepares students to succeed in school and in life.
